4 cups | Mango, frozen cubed, Simplot |
1 cup | White Onion, small dice |
½ cup | Jalapeno, small dice |
1 cup | Red Bell Pepper, small dice |
1 Tbsp. | Garlic, granulated |
1 Tbsp. | Ginger, powdered |
1 tsp. | Cinnamon, powdered |
1 tsp. | Brown Sugar |
¼ cup | Water |
¼ cup | Apple Cider Vinegar |
| “Jerk Slaw” |
16 oz. | Slaw Mix |
2 oz. | Mayonnaise |
2 oz. | Jerk Sauce, prepared |
1 oz. | Lime Juice |
Step 1 - Preheat convection oven to 350°F. On a parchment lined sheet tray, lay burger patties flat in a single layer and cook from frozen. Bake for 11-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Hold hot for hot service
Step 2 - Mango Chutney – Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pot. Bring to a simmer over low heat while stirring frequently to keep from sticking. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, the sauce should look syrupy when finished. Remove from heat and cover to let cool and hold cold for service.
Step 3 - Jerk Slaw – Thoroughly mix the slaw mix, mayonnaise, jerk sauce, lime juice. Cover and hold cold for service.
