Step 1: Pre heat convection oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Arrange frozen chicken fillets in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet and heat in oven for 15-20, or until an internal temp of 165°F. Hold hot for hot service.
To Serve:
Step 1: Open bun and spread 1 oz avocado on bottom bun.
Step 2:Top with spicy chicken fillet.
Step 3: Top with 1.5 oz. of Elotes relish.
Step 4: Finish with top bun and serve.
Elotes Relish:
Step 1: Heat roasted corn according to package instructions. Cool corn before combining in bowl with mayonnaise, parmesan, and taco seasoning. Hold cold for cold service.
