Chipotle Garlic Parmesan Rub Recipe

Smoky-buttery-sweet dry rub of chipotle, garlic and parmesan seasonings add a smoky twist on a favorite flavor to enhance any wings, or even breadstick, on menu.


Serving Amount: 100 @ 1 Tbsp.



1 Tbsp.Chipotle, powder
1 Tbsp.Garlic, granulated
½ cu.Parmesan, grated shelf stable
1 tsp.Black Pepper, ground




Mix all ingredients then store in a sealed container at room temperature until ready to use in service.

**Chef’s Note:

Seasoning can be used as a dry rub.  Just toss cooked product (Chicken wings, Filets, nuggets, burger patties, etc.) in the seasoning before serving

Also consider adding over Bosco® cheese filled breadsticks.  Once Breadsticks are cooked, lightly spray with a butter cooking spray and sprinkle seasoning rub over the top and serve.
