Directions
For the burger patty:
From a frozen state, bake on a pan in preheated conventional oven at 350° for 18-20 minutes.
For burger build:

Lightly toast bun.

Add the cooked burger patty to the bun.

Top with the melted cheese, grilled onion and mushroom slices, lettuce and tomato.

Plate and serve with condiments alongside.
