It’s finished and dressed with a fresh Chimichurri sauce, creamy Havarti cheese and served on a fresh steak roll for a center-of-plate entrée option.

Ingredients
Gaucho Steak Grinder Ingredients
Steak roll, 12-inch, hinge cut
Yellow onions, sautéed
Red bell peppers, sautéed
Poblano peppers, sautéed
Chimichurri sauce
Havarti cheese slices (4)
Chimichurri Sauce Ingredients
Olive oil
Red Wine Vinegar
Parsley, fresh chopped
Cilantro, fresh chopped
Garlic, fresh minced (3-4 cloves)
Red jalapeno pepper, 1 pepper small diced
Oregano, dried
Salt, kosher
Black pepper, fresh ground
Directions
- On a flattop grill, cook the steak slices and then sauté the onions and peppers.
- Add the chimichurri sauce, mix all together and arrange into a 12-inch long pile.
- Top with cheese slices.
- Place open steak roll on top of meat, vegetables, and cheese.
- Use a long spatula to flip the sandwich upright.
- Cut in half and serve.
CHIMICHURRI DIRECTIONS
- In a mixing bowl, combine fresh chopped parsley, cilantro, garlic, red pepper and oregano.
- Add ingredients to food processor or blender. Begin to blend.
- Once finished, pour into serving ramekin and mix in olive oil and red wine vinegar.
- Lightly season sauce with salt and fresh pepper.
- Pair with Gaucho Steak Grinder and enjoy.
