Detroit-Style Pizza:

A square, deep dish pizza that is known for its racing stripes sauce on top, cheese crust crown and light crust.

New York-Style Pizza: 

Traditionally a 16"-20" thin crust pie, it’s often sold by the slice. The crust is flexible enough to fold without cracking.

Sicilian-Style Pizza:

Typically, one of the thickest of the pan styles. It normally has a crispy bottom, is ¾ to a full inch in thickness and has a moderately open crumb structure.

Grandma-Style Pizza: 

Thinner square pizza with slices of mozzarella and the sauce on top.

Roman-Style Pizza:

Long, thick, puffy rectangular crust that is crispy on the outside, yet bubbly and airy on the inside.
