Alabama Gold Rush Pizza Recipe

A Southern gold mine of flavor! A golden crispy pizza crust topped with golden BBQ sauce, smoked mozzarella cheese, loads of crispy Hillshire Farm® Bakin' Bacon™ pizza topping, corn kernels and fried pickles topped with Alabama-style BBQ sauce and fresh cracked black pepper.

Ingredients

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 ea.16" Fresh 'N Ready Oven Rising Sheeted Pizza Dough
6 oz.Gold BBQ Sauce (Commercially Available) 
8 oz.Shredded Smoked Mozzarella Cheese 
4 oz.Hillshire Farm® Bakin' Bacon™ Heat-N-Serve Pizza Topping, 1/2 Inch x 1/2 Inch Diced
1/2 cupCorn Kernels, Thawed 
1 cupFried Pickles, Chip Cut (Commercially Available)
1/2 cupAlabama BBQ Sauce (Commercially Available) 
1 tsp.Cracked Black Pepper 
Directions

Step 1: Preheat impinger oven to 475°F.

Step 2: Remove pizza dough from freezer, cover tightly and slack in cooler prior to use. 

Step 3: Remove pizza dough from cooler and place onto a clean work surface.

Step 4: Spread gold BBQ sauce evenly over crust from edge to edge. 

Step 5: Top gold BBQ sauce with shredded smoked mozzarella cheese.

Step 6: Spread bacon topping, corn kernels and fried pickles on top of cheese evenly around entire pizza.

Step 7: Place prepared pizza onto a pizza screen and place it into the impinger oven.

Step 8: Cook for approximately 6 minutes and 15 seconds.

Step 9: Remove from oven and place pizza onto a cutting board.

Step 10: Cut pizza into slices and drizzle the entire pizza with Alabama BBQ sauce.

Step 11: Top with cracked black pepper.

Step 12: Serve as needed.
