The Un"Pho"Gettable Pizza Recipe

A golden crispy pizza crust topped with Original Philly® Seasoned Sliced Beef, pho cream sauce, mozzarella cheese, pickled Fresno peppers, Thai basil, cilantro, scallion, and topped with crispy rice noodles and cilantro.

6 oz.Pho Cream Sauce (Sub-Recipe)
8 oz.Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
12 oz.Original Philly® Fully Cooked Seasoned Sliced Beef 4/2.5 LB
8 ea.Thai Basil Leaves, Torn
1/4 cupThin Sliced Scallions
1/4 cupPickled Thin Sliced Fresno Peppers (Sub-Recipe)
1 ea.Crispy Fried Rice Paper Noodles
1/4 cupBang Bang Seasoning (Commercially Available)
1/4 cupCilantro Leaf, Picked

Pho Cream Sauce

Yield: 42 oz.

40 oz.White Pizza Garlic Sauce, Prepared (Commercially Available)
2 oz.Pho Base, Prepared 

Pickled Fresno Peppers

Yield: 16 oz.

1 CupGranulated Sugar (Commercially Available)
1 cupDistilled Vinegar (Commercially Available)
1 tbsp.Kosher Salt
8 oz.Thin Sliced Red Fresno Peppers
Directions

Step 1: Preheat impinger oven to 475°F.

Step 2: Remove pizza dough from freezer, cover tightly and slack in cooler prior to use. 

Step 3: Remove pizza dough from cooler and place onto a clean work surface.

Step 4: Spread pho cream sauce evenly over crust from edge to edge. 

Step 5: Place sliced beef on top of cheese evenly around entire pizza.

Step 6: Place prepared pizza onto a pizza screen and place it into the impinger oven.

Step 7: Cook for approximately 6 minutes and 15 seconds.

Step 8: Remove from oven and place pizza onto a cutting board.

Step 9: Cut pizza into slices and top with fresh basil, scallions and pickled Fresno peppers.

Step 10: Spread crispy rice noodles over entire pizza and season with bang bang seasoning.

Step 11: Garnish with fresh picked cilantro.

Step 12: Serve as needed.

Sub-Recipe Directions

Pho Cream Sauce

Step 1: Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl. 

Step 2: Mix all ingredients to well combined. 

Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl and use as needed.

 

Pickled Fresno Peppers

Step 1: Place sugar, vinegar and salt into a saucepan.

Step 2: Stir and bring all ingredients to a boil and remove from heat.

Step 3: Add in peppers and allow to cool.

Step 4: Once cooled, place into a clean container.

Step 5: Use as needed.
