Nach O' Burger Recipe

A juicy The Pub® Flame Grilled Beef Burger topped with creamy nacho cheese, spicy jalapeños and a crispy Mexican Original® Corn Tostada Shell layered with fresh guacamole. Served on a toasted kaiser bun spread with aioli hot sauce and finished with a skewer of fried jalapeño poppers and fresh jalapeños for an extra kick.

1 ea.Kaiser Bun, Split, Toasted
1 oz.Aioli Hot Sauce (Sub-Recipe) 
1 ea.The Pub® Flame Grilled Beef Burger, 6 oz.
1 oz.Nacho Cheese, Prepared
5 ea.Pickled Jalapeños, Sliced
1 ea.Mexican Original® 5.5" 100% Whole Grain Corn Tostada Shells, 200/1.20 oz.
1 1/2 oz.Fresh Guacamole, Prepared
2 ea.Fried Cheese Jalapeño Poppers (Commercially Available)
2 ea.Pickled Jalapeños, Sliced
Sub-Recipe Ingredients

Aioli Hot Sauce

YIELD: 12 OZ.

AMOUNTSUB-RECIPE INGREDIENTS
8 oz.Heavy Mayonnaise, Prepared
4 oz.Hot Sauce, Prepared
2 tsp.Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1/4 tsp.Kosher Salt
Directions

Step 1: Place bottom portion of kaiser bun onto a clean work surface.

Step 2: Spread aioli hot sauce across the bottom portion of the bun.

Step 3: Top aioli hot sauce with The Pub® Flame Grilled Beef Burger.

Step 4: Top the burger with nacho cheese.

Step 5: Place jalapeños on top of nacho cheese.

Step 6: Top jalapeños with a fried Mexican Original® 5.5"  Corn Tostada Shell.

Step 7: Top tostada shell with guacamole.

Step 8: Place top portion of kaiser bun onto built burger to close.

Step 9: Place both fried jalapeño poppers and jalapeños onto a skewer and place dressed skewer through the top of the burger.

Step 10: Serve as needed.

Alternate Directions:
The Pub® Flame Grilled Beef Burger Instructions: 
Conventional Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake frozen product for 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake frozen product for 6-13 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Flat Grill: Preheat flat grill (350°F) and heat products for 8-15 minutes from a frozen state, turning frequently to avoid excessive browning.

Aioli Hot Sauce

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Using a wire whisk, mix to a smooth consistency.

Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl.

Step 4: Use a needed.
