Step 1: Place bolillo bun onto a flat top grill to toast.
Step 2: Place the birria beef onto a flat top grill to sear.
Step 3: Top birria beef with queso fresco cheese and allow to melt.
Step 4: Remove bun from flat top grill and fill with birria beef and cheese.
Step 5: Place birria cheesesteak onto a clean work surface.
Step 6: Garnish with chopped onion and cilantro.
Step 7: Place sliced roasted jalapeños onto the dressed birria cheesesteak.
Step 8: Place birria broth into a ramekin and place onto the serving dish.
Step 9: Serve as needed.

Step 1: Place pho beef broth into a stainless steel pot.
Step 2: Place pot onto a burner and bring to a boil.
Step 3: Add in birria seasoning and sliced beef.
Step 4: Reduce heat and allow to simmer for up to 30 minutes.
Step 5: Use birria beef as needed.
Step 6: Reserve pho beef broth for dipping.
