Two The Pub® Flame Grilled Beef Burgers topped with Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Thick Sliced Bacon, Colby Jack cheese, pickle de gallo and crispy fried pickles drizzled with zesty ranch dressing all served on a brioche bun.

2 ea.Colby Jack Cheese, Sliced
4 ea.Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Thick Sliced Bacon, Bulk, 15 Lbs, 10-14 Slices Per Pound, Gas Flushed
2 oz.Pickle de Gallo, Prepared (Commercially Available)
5 ea.Fried Dill Pickles, Prepared

Zesty Ranch Dressing

YIELD: 8 OZ.

AMOUNTSUB-RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 cupRanch Dressing, Prepared
2 tsp.Hot Sauce, Prepared
1/8 tsp.Chili Powder, Ground
1/8 tsp.Smoked Paprika, Ground
Directions

Step 1: Place bottom portion of bun onto a clean work surface.

Step 2: Spread bottom portion of bun with zesty ranch dressing.

Step 3: Place green leaf lettuce filets on top of zesty ranch dressing.

Step 4: Place the cooked burger patties on top of green leaf filets.

Step 5: Top burger patties with Colby Jack cheese slices.

Step 6: Place strips of Wright® brand bacon on top of cheese.

Step 7: Top bacon with pickle de gallo and fried pickles.

Step 8: Place top bun onto built burger to close.

Step 9: Serve as needed.

Step 2: Using a whisk, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
