Italian Sausage White Pizza with Goat Cheese and Pear Recipe

Savory Hillshire Farm® Italian Sausage, creamy goat cheese and sweet, juicy pears unite on a golden crust with shredded mozzarella. A touch of peppery arugula adds a perfect balance of rich, fresh and irresistible.

Ingredients

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 ea.16" Pizza dough, prepared, frozen
8 oz.Hillshire Farm® Cooked Italian Sausage Small Chunk
2 oz.Olive Oil
4 oz.Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
2 oz.Pear, fresh, sliced
2 oz.Chevre, fresh
1 oz.Arugula, baby, fresh
Directions

Step 1: Thaw dough overnight on an appropriately sized tray or pizza screen.

Step 2: Pre-heat impingment conveyor pizza oven to 500°F.

Step 3: Place pizza dough on a flat work surface. Top with olive oil and mozzarella.

Step 4: Evenly distribute sausage crumble and goat cheese over the top of the pizza.

Step 5: Lay slices of pear evenly over the pizza.

Step 6: Cook in impingment oven with the belt speed set at 4-5 minutes. Cheese should begin to brown and the crust should turn golden.

Step 7: Remove pizza from the conveyor. Allow to cool 1-2 minutes then cut into 8 equal slices.

Step 8: Garnish with fresh arugula and serve warm.
