Step 1: Pre-heat oven at 350° F.
Step 2: Place Tyson Red Label® Fajita Seasoned Chicken Breast Strips onto a parchment lined sheet pan.
Step 3: Cook for approximately 14-17 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165° F.
Step 4: Remove from oven and hold.
Step 5: Reserve
Step 6: Pre-heat a flat-top on medium-high heat.
Step 7: Place oil and bell peppers, onions, and corn onto the flat-top grill and sauté.
Step 8: Place the Tyson Red Label® Fajita Seasoned Chicken Breast Strips on top of the bell peppers, onions, and corn. Mix all ingredients together.
Step 9: Place sliced American cheese on top.
Step 10: Allow cheese to melt.
Step 11: Place the split side of the hoagie roll down onto the flat-top grill to toast.
Step 12: Using your spatula, scoop chicken mix onto hoagie roll.
Step 13: Top with cilantro.
Step 14: Place onto a serving dish with fries.
Step 15: Serve as needed with cilantro lime aioli and lime wedges.
