Savory Chicken Breakfast Sandwich

Re-create this classic chicken breakfast sandwich that will make you feel back at mom’s house. Take fresh-baked Brioche buns, crispy savory chicken filet topped with bacon, a fried egg, sliced cheese with a spicy mayo, and lettuce.



1 ea.Tyson Red Label® FC Select Cut Homestyle Breaded Chicken Breast Filets
3 ea.Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Thick Sliced Bacon
1 ea.Egg, fried
2 ea.Muenster Cheese, sliced 
1 Tbsp.Spicy Mayo
1-2 pc.Bibb Lettuce
1 ea.Brioche Bun, toasted
  1. Heat the Tyson Red Label® Breaded Chicken Breast Filet from frozen in a convection oven at 375°F for 11-12 minutes.
  2. Cook three pieces of Wright® Brand Thick Sliced Bacon according to instructions on the package.
  3. Fry one egg in a large sauté pan.
  4. Toast the brioche bun and spread spicy mayo on it.
  5. Assemble the sandwich: On the brioche bun, layer the Tyson Red Label® Breaded Chicken Breast Filet, one slice of muenster cheese, the Wright® Brand Thick Sliced Bacon, the fried egg and bibb lettuce.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
