Plant Based Breakfast Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

SERVING SIZE: 4 Sandwiches 

1 TSP.Oil
1 1/2 Cups JUST egg or similar egg substitute
4 EA.Jimmy Dean® Plant Based Breakfast Sausage Patties, cooked
4 EA.Vegan biscuits, baked and split
4 EA  Plant based American cheese slices

 

 

Directions

STEP 1. In a preheated nonstick skillet, add the oil and the egg mix and cook on medium heat until scrambled.

STEP 2. Assemble the sandwiches by placing 1 slice of cheese and 1 sausage patty into each split biscuit

STEP 3. Add a quarter of the scrambled egg mixture into each sandwich.
