Preparation
Convection:
Convection Oven Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 8-12 minutes, flipping the patties halfway through cooking time.
Grill:
Flat Grill Place thawed patties on a Flat Top Grill heated to 350°F. Liberally coat grill with oil or cooking spray and cook for 6 minutes, flipping after 3 minutes.
