Lumberjack Stack Breakfast Sandwich

The ultimate breakfast sandwich to fuel you through any hard day’s work. This French toast sandwich is stuffed with pork sausage patties, sausage gravy, Applewood Smoked bacon, American cheese, hash brown patty, and a fried sunny side up egg.



2 slicesFrench toast, thick
2 eachJimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Pork Sausage Patties
1 eachEgg, fried sunny side up
2 eachAmerican cheese slice
3 slicesWright® Brand Naturally Applewood Smoked Regular Sliced Bacon
1 eachHash brown patty, store bought (rectangle)
1 1/2 oz.Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Sausage Gravy
  1. Cook the French toast, sausage, bacon, and hash browns according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Heat up the sausage gravy to a minimum 170°F following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Fry the egg, sunny side up in a non-stick sauté pan.
  4. Assemble the sandwich: French toast slice, American cheese, hash brown, sausage patties, sausage gravy, fried egg, bacon slices, and French toast slice.
