Roasted Chicken Caprese Sandwich Recipe

Roasted chicken breast filet on a bed of sliced tomato and fresh mozzarella cheese. Topped with arugula, drizzled with balsamic vinegar and served on hearty ciabatta bread for a signature, satisfying flavor of Italy.


Serving Amount – 1 Serving



1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Roasted Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.
2 ea.Ciabatta Bread 
2 ea.Buffalo Mozzarella  
2 EA.Beefsteak Tomato 
¼ CUPArugula 
1 TBSPBalsamic Glaze

Step 1 - Pre-heat convection oven to 350°.

Step 2 - Place the frozen breast filets on a lined (non-stick) sheet pan with a small amount of water. Completely cover with foil. Place in a pre-heated, oven for approximately 17-21 minutes.

Step 3 - Once the chicken is cooked  to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a thermometer. Remove it from the oven and assemble the sandwich. Place the buffalo mozzarella and tomato on the bottom slice of bread, followed by the roasted chicken breast filet. Top the sandwich with the arugula and a drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top of the sandwich. Place the top slice of bread on the sandwich, and enjoy!
