Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta Recipe

Our perfectly cooked Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Roasted Chicken Breast Filet is placed on a bed of tender bucatini pasta, topped with cherry tomatoes and broccolini and blended in a savory roasted garlic cream sauce with baby bella mushrooms. Garnish with Parmesan and toasted breadcrumbs.

1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Roasted Chicken Breast Filet, 4 oz.
4 oz.Bucatini Pasta - Cooked
2 oz.Garlic Cream Sauce - Commercially Prepared
2 ea.Mushrooms - Baby Bella - Sliced
1/2 oz.Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 oz.Broccolini Florets - Steamed
GarnishParmesan - Grated
GarnishBreadcrumbs - Toasted

 

Directions

Step 1:  Convection Oven: Place frozen Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Roasted Chicken Breast Filet on a lined (non-stick) baking sheet with a small amount of water. Cover product with foil. Bake at 350°F until internal temperature reaches 145°F, approximately 17-21 minutes

Step 2: Mix pasta and sliced mushrooms in cream sauce, set aside. 

Step 3:  For plating: In serving bowl, place sauced pasta mixture followed by cherry tomatoes, broccolini and chicken breast filet. Garnish with parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Serve immediately.
