Teriyaki Chicken Bowl

1/2 cup
Lo Mein Yakisoba Noodles with Vegetable, prepared
1/4 cup
Peas, cooked
1/4 cup
Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/4 cup
Pineapple, diced
1 Tbsp
Chopped Green Onion
2 Tbsp
Teriyaki Sauce
Directions
Directions:
- Cook Chicken in convection oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Place prepared Lo Mein Yakisoba Noodles with Vegetables in bottom of bowl.
- Top with Peas, Red Bell Pepper, and Pineapple.
- In a mixing bowl, add Teriyaki Sauce to Chicken and toss to coat.
- Place sauced Chicken on top of vegetables and noodles.
- Garnish with Green Onion.
