Smoked Beef Sausage skewered and marinated in a Teriyaki-Ginger sauce then grilled, served atop an Asian Slaw then drizzled with Chili Garlic Sauce
In sauce pot, combine teriyaki sauce and brown sugar over medium heat.
Remove when mixture comes to a gentle boil and add smashed ginger
Allow this marinade to cool completely.
Skewer sausage pieces and add to marinade, turning to coat both sides with marinade. Marinate for 1-3 hours before grilling.
Remove from marinade and pat dry with paper towel.
Lightly brush with oil and grill over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
Dress cabbage slaw mix with the Asian-style vinaigrette and plate. Top with grilled Smoked Sausage.
Drizzle with chili-garlic sauce and garnish with sesame seeds.
