Cheesy Steak Egg Rolls

Tender sliced steak, caramelized onions and mushrooms wrapped in an egg roll wrapper, deep fried and served with a spicy sriracha mayo



2 ea. Egg roll wrappers 
5 oz. Sliced steak, cooked and seasoned 
1 oz. Shiitake Mushrooms, sauteed dry and minced 
2 oz. Caramelized onions, small diced 
As needed Provolone cheese, shredded 
1 oz. Spicy sriracha mayo 
  1. In a medium bowl, mix cooked sliced steak, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and shredded provolone cheese and top it on an egg wrap roll.  Use the cheese as your agent to create the perfect consistency for the filling. 

  2. Deep fry egg rolls in a 350F pre-heated fryer and fry until golden brown and serve with spicy sriracha mayo


CREATIVE POSSIBILITIES: Can be served with sweet n sour sauce, sweet chili sauce etc.
