Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2: From frozen state, place Tyson® Fully Cooked Flamebroiled Turkey Patties onto a parchment lined sheet pan and cook for approx. 10-14 minutes, turning halfway through heating time.
Step 3: Remove Tyson® Fully Cooked Flamebroiled Turkey Patties from oven and reserve.
Step 4: Place the split pretzel bun onto a clean work surface.
Step 5: Spread maple dijon sauce across the bottom portion of the pretzel bun.
Step 6: Place the Tyson® Fully Cooked Flamebroiled Turkey Patty on top of maple dijon sauce and top with smoked gouda cheese.
Step 7: Place the burnt honey bacon slices on top of the smoked gouda and top with caramelized onions.
Step 8: Place the top portion of the bun on top to close and serve as needed.
Burnt Honey Glazed Bacon
Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 375 °F.
Step 2: Place Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Thin Sliced Flat-Pack® Bacon slices onto a parchment lined sheet tray.
Step 3: Place into oven for approx. 10 minutes and remove from oven.
Step 4: Glaze the Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Thin Sliced Flat-Pack® Bacon slices with burnt honey and place back into oven for approx. 5 minutes.
Step 5: Remove bacon from oven and serve as needed.
Burnt Honey
Step 1: Add honey to a heavy-bottom saucepan.
Step 2: Cook over medium heat without stirring initially, honey will begin to bubble and foam.
Step 3: Continue cooking, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
Step 4:Carefully remove from heat and slowly whisk in hot water, vinegar and salt.
Step 5: Allow to cool slightly and use as needed.
Maple Dijon Sauce
Step 1: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Mix all ingredients together to a smooth consistency.
Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl and serve as needed.
