The Italian Burger Recipe

Serve up a savory and delicious burger with an Italian flare using  AdvancePierre™ Fully Cooked Gluten Free Flame Grilled Beef Burger.

Ingredients

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
25 eachAdvancePierre™ Fully Cooked Gluten Free Flame Grilled Beef Burger, 2 oz.
25 eachWhole Grain Bun
25 slicesProvolone Slices
2 lbs.Marinara Sauce
1 lb.
Red Bell Pepper
1 lb.Green Bell Pepper
1/2 lb.Yellow Onions
1/4 tsp.Salt
1 tsp.Garlic
1/4 cupOil
1 Tbsp..Oregano
(optional)Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Step 1: Julienne both peppers and onions and pour into mixing bowl
 

Step 2: In mixing bowl add salt, pepper, garlic, oregano and oil mix thoroughly

Step 3: Pour mixed vegetables on a lined sheet pan and roast for 10 minutes at 350 degrees in convection oven until al dente

Step 4: Heat steak patties until and marinara sauce separately to and internal temperature of 165 degree

Step 5: Place vegetable mix, marinara sauce and steak patties in separate pans on serving lines and hold at 165 degrees for 15 seconds

Step 6: Build sandwich; on bottom bun place patty and top with slice of provolone, ¼ cup of veggies and 1 ounce of marinara sauce. (Optional, top with a dash of oregano and or parmesan cheese)
