25 slices | Provolone Slices |
2 lbs. | Marinara Sauce |
1 lb. | Red Bell Pepper |
1 lb. | Green Bell Pepper |
1/2 lb. | Yellow Onions |
1/4 tsp. | Salt |
1 tsp. | Garlic |
1/4 cup | Oil |
1 Tbsp.. | Oregano |
(optional) | Parmesan Cheese |
Step 2: In mixing bowl add salt, pepper, garlic, oregano and oil mix thoroughly
Step 3: Pour mixed vegetables on a lined sheet pan and roast for 10 minutes at 350 degrees in convection oven until al dente
Step 4: Heat steak patties until and marinara sauce separately to and internal temperature of 165 degree
Step 5: Place vegetable mix, marinara sauce and steak patties in separate pans on serving lines and hold at 165 degrees for 15 seconds
Step 6: Build sandwich; on bottom bun place patty and top with slice of provolone, ¼ cup of veggies and 1 ounce of marinara sauce. (Optional, top with a dash of oregano and or parmesan cheese)
