We pay homage to American celebrity, Chef Jet Tila. He was the culinary inspiration for this recipe that incorporates Hillshire Farm® Sliced Pork Belly with veggies, fresh herbs, soy sauce and noodles. And we love anything with noodles!
8 oz. | Hillshire Farm® Fully Cooked Sliced Pork Belly Topping |
8 oz. | Rice Noodles, dry, wide. flat |

2 Tbsp. | Cooking oil (canola, peanut, grapeseed, rice bran) |
3 Tbsp. | Garlic, minced |
1 cup | Onion, small dice |
2 Tbsp. | Fresno Chile, sliced thin |
2 Tbsp. | Scallion, think slice on a bias |
2 Tbsp. | Basil, torn leaves |

3 Tbsp. | Oyster Sauce |
3 Tbsp. | Soy Sauce |
1 tsp. | Sugar |
2 tsp. | Fish Sauce |
1 Tbsp. | Water |
Step 1: Cook noodles according to manufacturer’s instructions. Hold cold for cooking.
Step 2: Gather all your sauce and vegetable prep separate, but together in one area.
Step 3: Crank your wok or sauté pan to the highest heat possible.
Step 4: Add the cooking oil and sliced pork belly, render for 15-20 seconds.
Step 5: Very quickly follow with the onion, garlic and peppers. Cook for 30-45 seconds until translucent
Step 6: Add the cooked rice noodles and all the sauce ingredients.
Step 7: Turn the heat to medium and toss the pan to incorporate the sauce, noodles and veggies together.
Step 8: Add the fresh herbs and give the pan a couple more tosses to finish.
Step 9: Serve family style or plate individually, and garnish with more herbs. Serve hot.
Tip: ***A note before starting. This recipe comes together in 1-2 minutes once you start cooking. You will want to have all ingredients cut/prepped/measured and close to your station before you start the cooking.
