Breakfast Hash Recipe

Make a breakfast splash with our Breakfast Hash. Lightly season and roast a mix of red potatoes and onions, and then blend in sauteed cremini mushrooms, the roasted red peppers and serve it alongside fried eggs and the Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Bacon Strips and Fully Cooked Sausage Links. Hash it up! Cash it in!


Serving Amount – 1 serving



2 ea.Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hickory Smoked Regular Bacon Slices
2 ea.Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Pork Sausage Links
2 oz.Cremini Mushrooms, washed and thinly sliced
1 oz.Onion, white and thinly sliced
1 oz.Red Potatoes, roasted
1 ea.Onions, roasted
2 ea.Eggs, fried
As neededOlive oil
1 oz.Green Bell Peppers

Step 1: Convection Oven for sausage links:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat 12-14 minutes turning halfway through heating time.

Step 2: In a large bowl, mix red potatoes and onions, lightly season with salt & pepper and olive oil, then lightly roast in oven. In a large bowl, mix the cremini mushrooms, onions, bacon slices and add the roasted potatoes and onions, then lightly fold.

Step 3: Pour the mixture in a large sauté pan with olive oil and cook until golden brown. Cook the fried eggs alongside. Set aside.

Step 4: Serve the breakfast hash alongside the fried eggs and sausage patties and bacon strips.
