4 ozThai Red Curry Pizza Sauce
4 ozMozzarella cheese, shredded
6 ozHillshire Farm® Fully Cooked Sliced Pork Belly Topping
1.5 oYellow onion, sliced
1.5 ozRed bell pepper, sliced
1.5 ozGreen bell pepper, sliced
1 ozCarrot, matchsticks

GARNISH

 
1.5 ozSweet chili sauce, commercially prepared
0.5 ozCoconut flakes, toasted, unsweetened
1 ozGreen onions, thinly sliced

Thai Red Curry Pizza Sauce

 
12 ozTomato sauce, commercially prepared
5 ozHeavy cream
7 ozCoconut milk
4 ozThai red curry paste, commercially prepared
Directions

Step 1 - Combine all the ingredients for the Thai Red Curry Pizza Sauce and mix well, making sure the curry paste is thoroughly blended. (Hold refrigerated and covered for service.)

Step 2 - Build the pizza by adding the ingredients in the order listed and bake.

Step 3 - Cut for service and garnish with the sweet chili sauce, coconut flakes and green onions.
