Smokehouse Chicken & Bacon Pizza

This flavorful pizza features our Tyson Red Label ® Smoked Chicken, chopped bacon, roasted mushrooms, caramelized onion jam, with a trio of cheese, smoked gouda, aged cheddar and mozzarella cheese. It’s garnished with roasted red peppers & a balsamic drizzle topped with fresh sliced chives.



1 ea.Round Hand Tossed Double Dough, 12-inch
4 oz.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Wood Fire Seasoned Chicken
2 oz.Hillshire Farm® Bakin’ Bacon™ Par-Cooked Heat-N-Serve Pizza Topping
2 oz.Onion Jam, caramelized 
1 oz.Mushrooms, roasted
1 oz.Smoked Gouda Cheese, shredded 
1 oz.Aged Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 oz.Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 
As neededRoasted Red Peppers, strips
As neededBalsamic, drizzle
As garnishFresh Chives, sliced 



Step 1

Cover the pizza dough tightly and slack in a cooler prior to use. Brush the crust with olive oil just prior to assembling the pizza.

Step 2

To assemble each pizza, first spread 3 ounces of gouda, cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses over the crust.

Step 3

Layer 2 ounces of onion jam, 1 ounce of roasted mushroom, 4 ounces of Tyson Red Label® Wood Fire Seasoned Chicken and 2 ounces of Hillshire Farm® Bakin’ Bacon™ Pizza Topping on top of the crust.

Step 4

Bake the pizza pie in a pre-heated 450°F impinger oven for 4 minutes.

Step 5

Finish it off with a balsamic drizzle, fresh chives and roasted red pepper strips before serving.
