Grilled Steak Burger With Pimento Spread Recipe

Smokey AdvancePierre™ Fully Cooked Gluten Free Flame Grilled Beef Burger, 2 oz.  on a toasted bun blanketed with fresh tomato, lettuce, pickle and a smear of scratch made pimento.

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
10 EACH                      AdvancePierre™ Fully Cooked Gluten Free Flame Grilled Beef Burger, 2 oz.
10 LEAVESIceberg lettuce 
3/4 LBS.Tomato 
40 SLICES     Pickle chips
10 EACHCiabatta bun 
1 1/4 LBS.Shredded Mild Cheddar

Pimento Spread

YIELD: 15 OZ.

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
10 OZ.             Pimento (canned)
5 OZ. Lite Mayo
Directions
 

Step 2: Place in pre-heated oven at 350° for ten minutes and hold covered at 145°.

Step 3: Smear 0.5 oz pimento spread on bottom of warmed or toasted bun.

Step 4: Place steak burger on the smeared bottom bun.

Step 5: Place pre-built burger set (lettuce, tomato, and pickle).

Step 6: Smear top bun with 0.5 oz pimento spread, place on top, and serve.

Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients together and fold evenly.

Step 2: Let stand and chill for 1 hour.
