2 | Yellow & Red Bell Peppers, sliced thin and grilled or sauteed |
2 | White Onions, grilled or sauteed |
3 oz. | Pico de Gallo |
3 oz. | Serrano- lime guacamole |
3 Ea. | Choice of Lettuce |
3 Ea. | Soft Flour Tortilla |
Step 1: Cook steak for 1-2 mins while separating into strips
Step 2: Add yellow and red peppers along with onions. Continue to cook together for 2-3 mins.
Step 3: Place cooked steak with peppers & onions on top of a lettuce bed.
Step 4: Garnish on a fajita skillet with freshly made pico de gallo and serrano-lime guacamole.
Step 5: Serve with warm tortillas on the side.
