Gold N’ Rodeo Burger Recipe

Big flavor meets big appetite. This flame-grilled beef burger brings the heat and the zest with a slather of smoky BBQ sauce, melted White American Cheese, spicy jalapenos and a crunchy stack of onion rings—all piled high on a soft white wheat bun. A full-on stampede in every bite.

1.5 Oz15 OZ.Sauce, BBQ, Golden, Carolina, Prepared (Commercially Available)
5 Ea.50 EA.Jalapeno, Pickled, Sliced, Prepared
1 EA.10 EA.AdvancePierre™ Fully Cooked Flame Grilled Beef Steak Patties, 3 oz
1 EA.10 EA.Cheese, American, White, Sliced
3 EA.30 EA.Rings, Onion, Breaded
Directions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F, (medium fans).

Step 2: Remove frozen burger patties from box and arrange in a single layer onto a parchment lined sheet pan. 

Step 3: Heat for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. 

Step 4: Drain off excess fat after cooking and reserve.

Step 5: Cook onion rings according to manufacturer instructions, then hold uncovered in warmer.

 

PLATING DIRECTIONS

Step 1: Place the hamburger bun onto a clean worksurface.

Step 2: Spread the golden BBQ sauce across the bottom portion of the bun.

Step 3: Top golden BBQ sauce with pickled jalapeno slices.

Step 4: Place the cooked burger patties on top of the pickled jalapeno slices.

Step 5: Place a slice of cheese on top of the burger patties.

Step 6: Top  with breaded onion rings.

Step 7: Place the top bun on top to close.

Step 8: Serve as needed.
