Creamy Lemon Dill Slaw

Chipotle Honey Sauce
Yield – 24 OZ.

16 OZ. | Honey, Hot, Prepared |
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F, (medium fans).
Step 2: Remove frozen chicken patties from the case and arrange in a single layer onto a parchment lined sheet pan.
Step 3: Heat for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Step 4: Remove from oven after cooking then toss or use a sauce brush and coat in the honey chipotle glaze.
Step 5: Hold in warmer until ready to build sandwiches.
Creamy Lemon Dill Slaw
Step 1: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl and place it into a clean container.
Step 4: Use as needed.
Chef’s Note: Sauce can be made 1-3 days ahead of time. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator until needed.
Chipotle Honey Sauce
Step 1: Place all ingredients into a blender.
Step 2: Blend all ingredients together until well combined.
Step 3: Remove from blender and place it into a clean container.
Step 4: Use as needed.
Chef’s Note: Sauce can be made 1-5 days ahead of time. Store in a sealed container in refrigerator until needed.
Step 1: Place the buns onto a clean worksurface.
Step 2: Place the creamy lemon dill slaw across the bottom portion of the bun.
Step 3: Place the sauced chjicken patties on top of the creamy lemon dill slaw.
Step 4: Place dill pickles on top of the sauced chicken
Step 5: Place the top bun on top to close.
Step 6: Serve as needed.
