Sous vide chicken makes a great centerpiece for all chicken salads, too. Toss with cilantro, lime and avocado chunks, with lemon and dill or any dressing then fold into a pita or place on top of greens with tomatoes and veggies. Soak Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Sous Vide Chicken Breast bite-size pieces in teriyaki sauce and serve with rice and steamed broccoli. The juicy chicken pieces also make tasty kabobs. Preparation
Bake:
Thaw product completely under refrigeration. Product may be served cold. Conventional Oven Thaw product completely under refrigeration. Open package contents onto a foil lined baking sheet. Cover product with foil. Bake at 350⁰F until internal temperature reaches 145⁰F, approximately 15-20 minutes. Turbochef Oven Cooking Instructions: Thaw product completely. Set Turbochef to the following settings: Event 1 Event 2 Time 50% 50% Air 10% 10% Microwave 100% 60% Reheat for 1:30 minutes. Serve. Thaw product completely under refrigeration. Product may be served cold. Impingement Oven Thaw product completely under refrigeration. Place breast filets spaced apart on a parchment lined baking tray of pizza pan. Cook at 450⁰F for 5-6 minutes. Turbochef Oven Cooking Instructions: Thaw product completely. Set Turbochef to the following settings: Event 1 Event 2 Time 50% 50% Air 10% 10% Microwave 100% 60% Reheat for 1:30 minutes. Serve.
