Grilled Peach Burrata Salad Recipe

A seasonal showstopper! Grilled Tyson Red Label® Precision Cooked™ All Natural* Sous Vide Chicken Breast Filet and grilled peach wedges are placed on a bed of a fresh arugula and spring mix—complemented with creamy burrata cheese, ripe heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil, finished with a balsamic-bacon vinaigrette.

Tyson Red Label® Precision Cooked™ All Natural* Sous Vide Chicken Breast Filet, fully thawed
2 oz.Arugula
2 oz.Spring mix
1 oz.Heirloom tomatoes
GarnishBasil, fresh
½ oz.Burrata cheese
3 ea.Grilled peach wedges
DrizzleBalsamic-bacon vinaigrette, commercially prepared
Directions

Step 1 - Conventional Oven: Unpackage Tyson Red Label® Precision Cooked™ Sous Vide Chicken Breast Filet and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Cover product with foil. Bake at 350°F until internal temperature reaches 145°F, approximately 15-20 minutes. Slice into strips and set aside. 

Step 2 - For plating: Combine arugula, spring mix, heirloom tomatoes, basil and burrata cheese; place in serving bowl and top with chicken strips. Garnish with grilled peach wedges and drizzle of balsamic-bacon vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
