Mediterranean Chicken & Farro Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Roasted Chicken Breast Filet, 4 oz.
4 oz.Farro, cooked
1/2 oz.Feta cheese, crumbles
1 oz.Avocado, sliced
1/2 oz.Cucumber, sliced
1/2 oz.Cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 oz.Olives
DrizzleCharred lemon dressing, commercially prepared
GarnishCharred lemon slice
Directions

Step 1: Convection Oven: Place frozen Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Roasted Chicken Breast Filet on a lined (non-stick) baking sheet with a small amount of water. Cover product with foil. Bake at 350°F until internal temperature reaches 145°F, approximately 17-21 minutes.

Step 2: In service bowl, add cooked farro, feta cheese, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and chicken breast strips. Finish with a drizzle of lemon dressing and garnish with charred lemon slice. Serve immediately.
