Preparation

Bake:

Conventional Oven (Frozen product): Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat for 14-16 minutes. (Thawed product): Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat for 7-8 minutes.

Convection:

Convection Oven (Frozen product): Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat for 6-8 minutes.

Microwave:

Microwave Prepare from frozen state. Microwave (1100 watts): Place 1 beef steak on a microwave-safe plate. Add 1 tablespoon water and cover with paper towel. Cook on high (100% power) for 40 seconds. Flip beef steak over; cook on high (100% power) for 30-35 seconds. Let stand 2 minutes. Appliances may vary; promptly refrigerate any unused heated portions.
