Flat Grill Preheat flat grill (350°F) and heat product 4 - 7 minutes from a frozen state, turning frequently to avoid excessive browning.

Microwave:

Microwave Heat frozen product on high power for 30 seconds - 2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Longer cooking times are required for thicker burgers.
