Whole Grain Bun

25 slices

Provolone Slices

2 lbs.

Marinara Sauce

1 lb.

Red Bell Pepper

1 lb.

Green Bell Pepper

1/2 lb.

Yellow Onions

¼ tsp.

Salt

1 tsp.

Garlic

¼ cup

Oil

1 Tbsp.

Oregano

(optional)

Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. Julienne both peppers and onions and pour into mixing bowl

  2. In mixing bowl add salt, pepper, garlic, oregano and oil mix thoroughly

  3. Pour mixed vegetables on a lined sheet pan and roast for 10 minutes at 350 degrees in convection oven until al dente

  4. Heat steak patties until and marinara sauce separately to and internal temperature of 165 degree

  5. Place vegetable mix, marinara sauce and steak patties in separate pans on serving lines and hold at 165 degrees for 15 seconds 

  6. Build sandwich; on bottom bun place patty and top with slice of provolone, ¼ cup of veggies and 1 ounce of marinara sauce. (Optional, top with a dash of oregano and or parmesan cheese)
