Teriyaki Chicken Bowl

10 pieces Tyson Mega Minis® Whole Grain Breaded Homestyle Made With Whole Muscle Chicken Chunks, 0.42 oz.
1/2 cup Lo Mein Yakisoba Noodles with Vegetable, prepared 
1/4 cup Peas, cooked 
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced 
1/4 cup Pineapple, diced 
1 Tbsp Chopped Green Onion 
2 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce 


  1. Cook Chicken in convection oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  2. Place prepared Lo Mein Yakisoba Noodles with Vegetables in bottom of bowl.
  3. Top with Peas, Red Bell Pepper, and Pineapple.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add Teriyaki Sauce to Chicken and toss to coat.
  5. Place sauced Chicken on top of vegetables and noodles.
  6. Garnish with Green Onion.
