Smoky Tamarind Glaze

Step 1: Place the prepared bone-in wings into a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Place the smoky tamarind glaze into the mixing bowl along with the wings and toss to coat.
Step 3: Place the tossed wings onto a serving plate.
Step 4: Place the watermelon sections onto the serving plate and sprinkle with chili lime seasoning.
Step 5: Place the lime wedges on to the plate.
Step 6: Serve as needed.

Fryer Instructions: Deep fry 5-6 minutes at 350°F from frozen. Fill fryer basket no more than half full. Agitate fryer basket at the midpoint of the frying time.

Step 2: Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl.
