Jalapeño Lime Sauce

YIELD: 8 OZ.

4 oz.Melted Butter, Salted
1 oz.Fresh Jalapeño, Seeded, Chopped Fine
2 oz.Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
2 oz.Fresh Honey, Prepared

Salvadoran-Style Slaw

YIELD: 16 OZ.

AMOUNTSUB-RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1/2 ea.White Cabbage Head, Shredded Fine
24 oz.Boiling Water
2 oz.Red Onion, Shaved Thin
4 oz.Fresh Carrots, Shredded
1 oz.Jalapeño Pepper, Sliced Rounds
1/2 tsp.Dried Oregano Spice
1/4 tsp.Kosher Salt
4 oz.Apple Cider Vinegar, Prepared
Directions

Step 1: Place the boneless wings into a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Add jalapeño lime sauce into the mixing bowl and toss to coat.

Step 3: Place the dressed boneless wings onto a serving plate.

Step 4: Place the Salvadoran-style slaw next to the dressed wings.

Step 5: Place the lime wedges onto the dish.

Step 6: Sprinkle the entire dish with chili lime seasoning.

Step 7: Serve as needed.

COOK FROM FROZEN: Appliances vary, adjust accordingly. 
Deep Fry: Place boneless wings in fryer basket. Fry for 3.5-5 minutes at 350°F until internal temperature reaches 140°F. 
Fully Cooked: For safety, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 140°F as measured by a thermometer.

Jalapeño Lime Sauce

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a food processor.

Step 2: Process all ingredients to a smooth consistency.

Step 3: Remove and use as needed.

Salvadoran-Style Slaw

Step 1: Place cabbage in a fine mesh strainer. Very slowly, pour boiling water over the cabbage. Rinse with cold water. Drain well, pressing out as much water as possible.

Step 2: Add cabbage to large bowl then add onion, carrot, jalapeno, oregano, salt and vinegar and toss well to combine.

Step 3: Allow to marinate for approximately 1 hour.

Step 4: Use as needed.
