Step 1: To prepare Tyson Red Label® Authentically Crispy Original Chicken Breast Filet, preheat cooking oil to 350°F. From frozen, place filet in a fryer basket, submerge in oil, and shake basket. Cook the product for 7.5 minutes until product reaches at least 165°F internal temperature. Remove from oil and set aside.
Step 2: Lightly grill ham slice and pineapple ring, heating just long enough to warm and add grill marks. Set aside.
Step 3: To plate: place bottom half of potato bun on service place and layer with cheese slice, lettuce leaf, onion rings and warm Authentically Crispy Chicken Filet. Top with freshly grilled ham slice and pineapple ring, finishing with Sriracha mayo drizzle. Pair with chips or other side of choice and serve immediately.
