Sweet and Spicy Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Start with a fluffy potato bun and top it with a thin slice of Pepper Jack cheese, crisp leaf lettuce, red onion rings, our Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Authentically Crispy Original Chicken Breast Filets, 5.2 oz. Top it all off with a slice of freshly grilled ham and pineapple, and a drizzle of Sriracha mayo for that touch of signature heat.

Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Authentically Crispy Original Chicken Breast Filets, 5.2 oz

1 slice

Ham, sliced, grilled

1 ea.

Pineapple ring, grilled

1 ea.

Potato bun, halved

1 slice

Pepper Jack cheese slice

1 ea.

Leaf lettuce

2 rings

Red onion, sliced ¼”

1.5 oz.

Sriracha mayo, commercially prepared

Directions

Step 1: To prepare Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Authentically Crispy Original Chicken Breast Filets, 5.2 oz, preheat cooking oil to 350°F. From frozen, place filet in a fryer basket, submerge in oil, and shake basket. Cook the product for 7.5 minutes until product reaches at least 165°F internal temperature. Remove from oil and set aside.

Step 2: Lightly grill ham slice and pineapple ring, heating just long enough to warm and add grill marks. Set aside.

Step 3: To plate: place bottom half of potato bun on service place and layer with cheese slice, lettuce leaf, onion rings and warm Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Authentically Crispy Original Chicken Breast Filets, 5.2 oz. Top with freshly grilled ham slice and pineapple ring, finishing with Sriracha mayo drizzle. Pair with chips or other side of choice and serve immediately.
