Steakhouse Spinach Salad

This classic steak house spinach salad is loaded with tender spinach, fresh mushrooms, sliced onion, crisp bacon and crumbled blue cheese. A warm bacon vinaigrette is drizzled over the top



5 oz.Sliced steak cooked/seasoned
3 oz.Baby Spinach, cleaned
2 oz.Spring Mix, cleaned
1 oz.Fresh Button Mushrooms, sliced
4 ea.Tomatoes, tear drop or cherry, sliced
1 oz.Red Onion, slivers
2 oz.Crispy Bacon, rough chop
2 oz.Blue Cheese, crumbled
2 oz.Bacon Vinaigrette
  1. Mix baby spinach, fresh spring mix, button mushrooms, julienne mushrooms and crispy in bowl, top with bacon vinaigrette and toss until dressing is incorporated.

  2. Place mixed ingredients in serving bowl, top with cooked and seasoned sliced steak and garnish with crumbled blue cheese

CREATIVE POSSIBILITIES: The salad could be utilized in a wrap form, or served on grilled pita bread for different day parts
