Step 1: Grill Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage until internal temperature reaches 145 F.
Step 2: Place a split hoagie bun onto a clean work surface and place grilled smoked sausage into the bun.
Step 3: Top grilled smoked sausage with baked brie, currant jam and crushed walnuts.
Step 4: Serve as needed.
Baked Brie
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Place brie on a parchment lined sheet tray.
Step 3: Drizzle with olive oil and bake 12–15 minutes until soft and slightly oozing.
Step 4: Remove from oven and use as needed.
