1 Ea.Hoagie Bun, Split, Buttered, Toasted
2 Oz.Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage
2 Oz.Brie Cheese, Baked (Sub Recipe)
1 Oz.Black Currant Jam, Prepared
1 Tbsp.Walnuts, Toasted, Crushed

Baked Brie

YIELD: 1 Ea.

AMOUNTSUB-RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 Ea.Round Brie Cheese, Prepared
1 Tbsp.Olive Oil
Directions

Step 1: Grill Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage until internal temperature reaches 145 F.

Step 2: Place a split hoagie bun onto a clean work surface and place grilled smoked sausage into the bun.

Step 3: Top grilled smoked sausage with baked brie, currant jam and crushed walnuts.

Step 4: Serve as needed.

 

 

 

 

Sub-Recipe Directions

Baked Brie

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2: Place brie on a parchment lined sheet tray.

Step 3: Drizzle with olive oil and bake 12–15 minutes until soft and slightly oozing.

Step 4: Remove from oven and use as needed.
