Step 1
Place in deep oiled container, cover tightly and slack overnight in cooler between 32°F and 36°F prior to use. Allow dough to reach room temperature (65°F to 70°F). Form into a 12-inch x 14-inch rustic oblong shaped crust. Place on lightly oiled pan dusted with cornmeal or layer crust on pizza screen. Dock to prevent bubbles.
Step 2
Combine in bowl and whisk to blend. Spread evenly over crust.

Sprinkle evenly over pizza.

Layer evenly over pizza.

Sprinkle evenly over pizza. Bake uncovered in preheated conventional oven at 500°F for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Remove from oven; slice into squares.
