Sausage Sampler Platter

Step 1

In a small bowl combine the honey and the whole grain & Dijon mustards. Stir until fully incorporated. Pour into dish and reserve for service.

Step 2

Grill all sausages over medium heat until heated thoroughly and golden brown. Allow to rest before carving.

Step 3

Present sausages hot – grilled and carved – alongside remaining garnishes as a shareable platter.
