Enjoy an easy, creamy and cheesy southern dip that’s great for game day or a party appetizer. It features Hillshire Farm® Italian Sausage Crumbles with an extra creamy combination of pimento cheese, cheddar and Parmesan cheeses and chunky salsa served with tortilla chips or pita.

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 lb.Hillshire Farm® Pork Italian Sausage Crumbles, large
8 oz.Cream cheese
8 oz. Pimento cheese
1 CupChuncky salsa, drained
1 CupCheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 CupParmesan, grated
1/4 CupGreen onion, thinly sliced
For ServingTortilla chips or toasted Pita
Directions

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 325°F.

Step 2: Break up the Hillshire Farm® Italian Sausage Crumbles. Combine it with the cream cheese, pimento cheese, salsa and ½ c of the cheddar.

Step 3: Place the mix in a skillet or bakeable container for service.

Step 4: Bake for 15–20 minutes, until melted and slightly browned.

Step 5: Top with the remaining ½ c cheddar, the Parmesan and green onions.

Step 6: Serve with tortilla chips or toasted pita.
