Meatball Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- SERVING SIZE: 1 Pizza
- 16 each. Bonici® Fully Cooked Oven Roasted Italian Style Pork and Beef Meatballs, .5 oz
- 1 Ea. 16" Fresh N Ready Freezer-to-Oven Sheeted Pizza Crust Dough
- 6 Oz. White Pizza Sauce
- 6 Oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 oz. Caramelized Onions
- 2 oz. Sliced Mushrooms
- As garnish. Parsley, as garnish
Bonici® Fully Cooked Oven Roasted Italian Style Pork and Beef Meatballs, .5 oz with shredded mozzarella and caramelized onions, sliced mushrooms and parsley.
Directions
- Pre-heat impinger oven to 450°F.
- Cover pizza dough tightly and slack in cooler prior to use.
- Remove pizza dough from cooler and place onto a clean worksurface.
- Spread white sauce evenly over the crust.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place Bonici® Fully Cooked Oven Roasted Italian Style Pork and Beef Meatballs, .5 oz and sliced mushrooms and caramelized onion.
- Place prepared pizza onto a pizza screen and place it into the impinger oven.
- Cook for approximately 4 minutes and finally garnish with parsley.
- Serve as needed.
