Meatball Pizza

Bonici® Fully Cooked Oven Roasted Italian Style Pork and Beef Meatballs, .5 oz with shredded mozzarella and caramelized onions, sliced mushrooms and parsley.

1 Ea. 16" Fresh N Ready Freezer-to-Oven Sheeted Pizza Crust Dough 
6 Oz.White Pizza Sauce 
6 Oz.Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 oz.Caramelized Onions
2 oz. Sliced Mushrooms
As garnish. Parsley, as garnish

 

Directions

Step 1.  Pre-heat impinger oven to 450°F. 

Step 2.  Cover pizza dough tightly and slack in cooler prior to use.  

Step 3.  Remove pizza dough from cooler and place onto a clean worksurface. 

Step 4.  Spread white sauce evenly over the crust.  

Step 5.  Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. 

Step 6.  Place Bonici® Fully Cooked Oven Roasted Italian Style Pork and Beef Meatballs, .5 oz and sliced mushrooms and caramelized onion.

Step 7.  Place prepared pizza onto a pizza screen and place it into the impinger oven. 

Step 8.  Cook for approximately 4 minutes and finally garnish with parsley.

Step 9.  Serve as needed.
