Cupping Cone Trio Recipe

A trio of craveable snacks featuring crispy Hillshire Farm® Cupping Pepperoni, seasoned french fries and fresh carrot and celery sticks, all served with a signature celeroni ranch dipping sauce.

Celeroni Ranch Dressing

YIELD: 20 OZ.

AMOUNTSUB-RECIPE INGREDIENTS
16 oz.Ranch Dressing, Prepared 
1/4 cupPepperoni Oil (From Rendered Cupping Pepperoni) 
1 oz.Roasted Hillshire Farm® Cupping Pepperoni Chips
2 tsp.Dry Celery Seed, Prepared 
2 tbsp.Minced Onion Chive
Directions

Step 1: Place a three compartment cone holder onto a clean work surface and line with parchment.

Step 2: Place roasted Hillshire Farm® Cupping Pepperoni chips into one of the parchment lined cones.

Step 3: Place french fries into one of the other parchment lined cones.

Step 4: Place both carrot and celery sticks into the last cone.

Step 5: Pour celeroni ranch dressing into a serving ramekin.

Step 6: Serve dish as needed.

Sub-Recipe Directions

Roasted Cupping Pepperoni

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°.

Step 2: Place all cupping pepperoni pieces into a perforated hotel pan and place into oven.

Step 3: Cook for approximately 6 minutes and spread cupping pepperoni pieces around.

Step 4: Cook for an additional 4 minutes and remove from oven.

Step 5: Place roasted cupping pepperoni pieces into a storage container and reserve oil drippings for dressing recipe.

Step 6: Use as needed.

Celeroni Ranch Dressing

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a blender.

Step 2: Blend all ingredients to well combined.

Step 3: Remove from blender and use as needed.
