NY-Style White Pizza Recipe

A golden crust brushed with rich garlic butter and sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. Topped with creamy mozzarella, Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken, dollops of smooth ricotta and sweet roasted garlic cloves. Finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a touch of sea salt flakes for a rustic, flavorful finish.

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 ea.16" Oven Rising Sheeted Pizza Dough, Thawed
3 oz.Garlic Butter (Commercially Available)
1/4 cupSesame Seeds, Toasted
8 oz.Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
12 oz.Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken
8 oz.Ricotta Cheese
1 cupWhole Garlic Clove, Roasted
3 oz.Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp.Sea Salt Flakes
Directions

Step 1: Preheat impinger oven to 475°F.

Step 2: Remove pizza dough from cooler and place onto a clean work surface.

Step 3: Brush garlic butter over the outer crust and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 4: Spread shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over crust from edge to edge. 

Step 5: Spread Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken, dollops of ricotta cheese and roasted garlic evenly around entire pizza.

Step 6: Transfer the assembled pizza onto a pizza screen and slide it into the impinger oven.

Step 7: Cook for approximately 6 minutes and 15 seconds.

Step 8: Remove from oven and place pizza onto a cutting board.

Step 9: Cut pizza into slices.

Step 10: Drizzle the entire pizza with olive oil and sea salt flakes.

Step 11: Serve as needed.
